The people are very friendly and very helpful. I was helped by a short haired young woman who helped me choose a wig that was a good color, style, and most importantly, age appropriate for my 52 year old, plus size frame. Unfortunately, i did not ask her name. Thank you so much for your help if you read this. I have come here many times over the years and i have always been treated with excellent customer service, great prices, and a clean and organized atmosphere. This place is a hair place were you can get all types of different hair you need from wigs to crochet etc. You can get suitcases there too along with school bags and other bags that you need to go out, but it is mainly a hair store. I've been buying my wigs there for over four years now and I am satisfied with any hair I bought.

Been going here for years, especially when I lived in the Hollow... Always a very convenient one stop shop. Definitely one of my top 3 local beauty suppliers. Also, close to the city transit center.

They're just the sweetest ever, and very very eager to assist. They don't hover over you like you're going to steal they just sincerely like yo help is the vibe I've always gotten. The boss is sweet, the two female cashiers awesome & the guy on the floor. & they have a great variety I live in new haven I drive to Bridgeport for them.

I love this store their prices are very good and they have whatever you’re looking for very respectable nice people and if they don’t have what you are looking for, they will order it for you!
